Need insulation blown into ceiling

Looking for someone to blow cellulose insulation into my ceiling. It would require cutting several holes in the ceiling, between each rafter, then blowing insulation into the space between the rafters. I do not have a crawlspace because I have a flat roof town house, and I recently found out there was no insulation in the ceiling. I was planning on renting the machine and doing this all myself, but as I am a DIYer, I do not want to "mess" this up. Feel free to contact me for more info or to give me a quote on what it would cost. My house is 30 feet long and 15 feet wide, I am guessing the rafters have 12" x 16" gaps. I am willing to buy all the material if need be, or pay one lump sum.
