Hi, Happy New Year! I'm a singer/songwriter working under the name Quahog Jack. I play an electric acoustic with the original music some combination of blues, reggae, folk, and alt-rock. It's very upbeat, up-tempo, rhythmic stuff. Been working the open mic and showcase scene for about 4 months and getting good feedback. So, I'm looking to collaborate with a percussionist and a multi-instrumentalist (horn player or keyboard player or bass player or multi-instrumentalist). There's a lot of room for your creativity within my songs. Looking for players to take leads, add to the dynamics, the creative space, be part of a high energy show. Some backing vocals a plus. Ideally, we're a light weight, mobile trio who can perform at a variety of venues: live rooms, outdoor festivals, open mics/showcases, wherever we're willing to hustle.
