Carpenter needed for basement remodel

Hi everyone! I have a unfinished basement that already was 2x4 framing completed. I want to add insulation and drywall and trim and paint. I would like to hire one person that can do all the work not a company. There is no plumbing or electrical work - only carpentry and drywall. I expect the work will take 3 weeks or so and want someone that can commit to working 5 days a week to finish the job efficiently. I will pay for all materials and have a miter saw, table saw, and trim nailer you can use but you need drywall tools. will pay cash for labor weekly. I have my own idea of what a fair weekly rate will be but please respond with your experience and what your weekly pay rate is. I will advance 2 days pay for the first week so you can purchase any tools or supplies you might need when we start the job. Thanks and hoping to get started quickly!
