Hello Neighbors, In an effort to help dog owners who need help with their dog's grooming, I am providing free dog grooming for dogs who are VERY matted. (see attached photo) There are various reasons dog owners may let their dogs get to this condition, but the goal is to let them know there is support for their dog. If you have a neighbor whose dog is extremely matted to the point they look like it's causing discomfort for the pet, let them know there is help for them.
