We are a well-established company that manages several apartment buildings in and around Denver’s popular Capitol Hill neighborhood, and we are looking for a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. Qualifications: • Driver’s license, insurance, and dependable vehicle (pick-up truck desired, but not required) • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Comfortable working both inside and outside in various weather conditions • Reliable with a good work ethic • Knowledge of, or the desire to learn: basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, plaster work, and any other skills associated with building maintenance • Previous apartment maintenance experience is not required About the Position: We offer a casual work environment and competitive salary.
