Rehoming my chiweenie

I am rehoming my Chiweenie as I will be entering grad school and won’t be able to afford to keep her, I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks. She’s 5 months, not completely housebroken, answers to the name Chloe. I have her papers, she is due for the last round of shots. She will come with food, toys, crate, a leash, and her bed. Asking for rehoming fee of 400 which is only a fraction of what I paid.
