Sweet Adult Cat Needs New Home

My wife and I have decided to re-home our 3 year old cat. His name is Chip and he is very sweet and loving. About 14 month ago Chip had a total urinary blockage. We paid $5,000 for treatments to save his life. He ended up needing a PU surgery (you should look up the details of this procedure). He now “leaks” urine when he is stressed. We have two large dogs, and Chip has never liked them. The stress of our house causes him to leak. We now have him in the garage where he only leaks when I am working, making loud noises, or doing some other activity that stresses him out. The garage cat life is not the right thing for Chip though. He loves pets and interaction. Chip is in need of a quiet, no dog household. He would make a great companion for someone who lives a slower lifestyle and keeps their home calm. We are willing to take Chip back if re-homing does not work out. We do not want him to end up at a shelter. I’ve attached some photos. Please let me know if you are interested.
