I'm trying to sell my personal training contact! I absolutely adore my trainer and the gym is so amazing, there is a personal space where you would train with her and she creates custom workouts that go at your own pace and growth. The private space is super nice if you're like me and are kind of a shy gym rat, and she goes in depth on being safe while lifting and exercising. My trainer's name is Haylee and she is the most chill and sweet lady that will listen to what you need and help you reach your goals. The gym is right down the street from the BYU campus and the times that I have gone there has never been too many people and a lot of the equipment is open if you're wanting to work outside of the training room. I would love to keep working with her, however being a poor college student I can't afford it anymore. If you're interested, just text me and I can give you more info!
