Join us for a journey of the mind as we escape the cold with the healing sounds of of instruments and the magical touch of Reiki Winter blues got you down? Stuck at home with nothing to do? Join Laurel Ziemienski with Ananda Healing Arts and Leslie Coshun as we journey into our minds, far away from the Midwest. Once again Laurel will lead you down the path of rest and restoration with her enchanting instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowl, drum, chimes, and more. These rhythmic vibrations coast through the body, affecting every cell and rebooting the nervous system. All while Leslie Coshun, Reiki Practitioner offers each attendee a mini healing Reiki session, helping to deepen the experience and guide you further into a state of bliss. This amplified experience will help you to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned. What to know: Spots are limited, sign up soon!! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHONING AND ADDED COMFORT. Covid protocols: Please follow the CDC recommendations.
