TaiChi for Health Saturday’s 1-145p
This routine includes a head to toe warm up involving dynamic stretches to promote mobility and
improve balance. The TaiChi routine includes coordination of upper and lower body with lateral &
forward stepping with a focus on weight shifting. We close the routine with regenerative moves to draw
energy out to the surface.
Qigong for Health Saturday’s 2-220p
This routine is focused on deep breathing and relaxation to promote mind and body awareness. It is a
guided meditation focusing on our internal and external Qi (energy). We finish with a cleansing Qi.
