Laborer to dig up grass and dirt from driveway area

Looking for a laborer to dig up grass and dirt from our driveway area. We plan to place sea shells in place of the grass and dirt. We may extend job to helping with placing the sea shells. Please see attached picture. We want it to look like the neighbors to the right of the photo.
