Taste of Winter Beer Dinner New Realm Brewing Ages 21+ Join us on Monday, January 24th for our “Taste of Winter” Beer Dinner, a chef-inspired dining experience. This intimate dining experience will take place in our private dining room, hosted by Executive Sous Chef, Steve Hevey. Your ticket includes the four-course menu, outlined below & four perfectly paired, ten-ounce beers. 1st CourseFrisee salad with Pear, Hazelnut, Bleu Cheese with a Cranberry Vinaigrette. Paired with El Juicycabra 2nd CourseButternut Squash Bisque with Cinnamon. Paired with The Commissioner. 3rd CourseBeef Wellington presents with Truffle Brie Mashed Potatoes and Honey Roasted Carrots. Paired with Munich Dunkel. 4th Course Stone fruit (plum) Cheesecake. Paired with Sour Eclipse.
