I am not sure of the gender. It could be a female because of the cere color not being uniform. He is 3 months old. I was told he was handfed but I don’t think so. Not overly skittish though as compared to store bought parakeets. When you hold him, he doesn’t bite. It’s more like gentle nibbles. Eats very well. Flight feathers trimmed, few on each side. He likes to play with toys and my other parakeet. Asking $25 parakeet only. You will need a carrier/box for transport. Ideally, for someone who would interact with him on a daily basis.
