New Year Soundscape Visioning: A sound journey and vision board workshop

An evening of meditation, sound healing, visioning and creative expression With 2021 behind us and 2022 upon us, there’s a collective desire for clarity of our dreams and goals and deeper understanding of what we are cultivating in our lives. Let’s come together utilizing the energy of the new moon and new year to fully release what we no longer need to carry to make space to connect with the creative visions for our lives. The evening will include a visualization meditation and sound journey using crystal bowls, gong, chimes, bells, and intuitive vocalizations to help facilitate entering into an open relaxed and creative state. The meditation paired with the vibrations and frequencies will help you fully relax, ground, release blockages and support you in connecting deeper with your body, intuition and spirit guides to connect with your creative vision. After the mediation and sound journey we will create our visions of our future with journaling and crafting using pictures and words!! All art materials will be provided though you're welcome to bring specific pictures that you know you want to use. This workshop is for you if you are.. -Looking for deep relaxation and self-care -Needing support and inspiration to gain clarity on your goals and dreams for 2022 -Interested in tapping into your unique creative expression -Seeking a deeper connection with yourself and a like minded community Please come prepared with the following: -Comfortable clothes -Journal and pen -Water bottle for drinking -Art supplies and images for your vision board- optional as we will be providing art supplies and other images to work with. -Personal blanket, mat, pillow - optional as some shared props are also provided by the studio Energy exchange: $44- This includes all art supplies Please reach out to us with any questions. In love and community, Kamalika and Lindsey Kamalika Stockton is a certified Wim Hof instructor, Reiki master, licensed art teacher, mom, and intuitive teacher. She helps people reconnect with nature, themselves and others. Lindsey Marie Whited is a health and wellness advocate, certified sound healer, body worker and earth based ritualist. She believes we all have the ability to heal and come back into a state of balance and ease within our bodies. She is passionate about supporting individuals on their healing paths, sharing tools of wisdom that have worked for her own physical and spiritual healing journey.
