SPCA got the dog the next day minus his left front leg.Who does this to a 10 lb. puppy? He had a clean break. SPCA had go in and operate a second time because the first amputation was botched.Do not take your animal to Maui Central. Read yelp, Ask around for another emergency vet.Drive half an hour. Many people have had a bad experience with these people.
