Legacy Talk is a series of guided discussions created by Anthony Kimble and Tevin Wade. In their continuous effort to spread their knowledge and help others to build generational wealth and a legacy of their own, Anthony and Tevin have teamed up with Connecting the Dotz to create a series of guided discussions on different topics with heavy hitters in their respective fields. The first edition of the Legacy Talk series is Real Estate and will consist of 4 guided discussions between our Host Anthony Kimble and our heavy hitters Jason Hughes, Eleanor Cori Curry, Richard Spears, Chavon Rogers, and Jullien Gordon. The discussion topics will be 1. How/where to get started, 2. Multi Family vs Single-Family and why, 3. Commercial Real Estate, and lastly 4. Lending and Funding. Each session will conclude with a 10 minute Q&A and at the end of the four sessions, there will be a 30 minute Q&A panel with all heavy hitters. Not to worry, a neighborhood tour of the work being done in South Baton Rouge is included in the day as well.
