Right now we are looking for snow help. If interested, we would want to keep you on and train for spring/summer/fall gardening & Landscaping. For snow, we need plow drivers, skid steer operators, shovel/snowblower help. The pay is better than anyone else, as long as you are reliable. Snow shovelers start at $27/hr Drivers with experience start at $35/hr We are willing to teach and train, but if you can't provide references or proof of experience, don't expect to start at the top. We are a small company, with the job security of the big guys. No corporate headaches here, just steady work with room to grow. 99% of the work happens in Newton/Brookline. We handle all the typical items from Maintenance (mowing, pruning, etc) to landscape installations, irrigation and lawn management. We start in early spring and finish late in fall, so our season is longer than most companies. Snow removal keeps us alive throughout the winter, so there is not much down time.
