Hey, I just bought a house to jam after leaving cali. My house is ADT secured. I have a perfect basement for jamming. The only caveat is that if you're 6'4" you might have to hunch. I'm a lead guitarist looking for a new ensemble here. I used to play in a tech death metal band called Symbiotic from san jose, ca. I reside in Kannapolis,nc 28083 now with a full empty basement to jam under the house. I can do only Saturday and Sunday jams at the moment.
