Come learn about Empathetic Parenting taught by Eryn Butler
Parenting is hard. Knowing how to react to our kids and handle situations is a daunting task. Eryn is going to help! Eryn completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Counseling from the University of North Texas, then pursued her graduate education at UNT where she obtained a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in Play Therapy with children. Through her internships and work experience with Bridge to Europe and Denton County Friends of the Family, Eryn has garnered experience with program development, teaching life skills, family dynamics, and post traumatic growth. She is dedicated to cultivating protective factors in the next generation through connection, preventative education, empathy, and innovative mental health care. Eryn is excited to present "Empathetic Parenting: Active Listening, Boundaries, and Limit Setting” with PUUPS, and to share her passion of connection and empowered education with us!Masks required.
