OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM Join us in Granbury! Your hosts, Mike Davis, Bill Downs and Phillip Reese warmly welcome you to the 54th Annual Texas Region RROC Spring Meet in Granbury, Texas. Voted USA Today's Best Historical Small Town in America two years in a row, Granbury is rich in unique culture, deep Texas history and Southern hospitality. Join your fellow members in experiencing the Historic Downtown Square, just a few steps away from our Host Hotel, a private tour of two member car collections, and of course the friendly competition of PMC Judging led by our Technical Chairman, Dale Clark. IMPORTANT NOTE: Hotel Reservations must be made by Tuesday, January 25th to secure the special event rate. Schedule of EventsThursday, March 24 2:00-6:00 p.m. - Registration at Host Hotel 3:00-5:00 p.m. - Visit Marcy & John Lovick's Car Barn, on your own during open hours 6:30 p.m. - Depart hotel for dinner together at Babe's Chicken Dinner House (separate checks) Friday, March 25 8:00-9:30 a.m. - Registration at Host Hotel 9:45 a.m. - Gather in parking lot for instructions, to Meridian, Texas. 11:00 a.m. - Tour a member's private car collection followed by lunch provided by the member. 1:00 p.m. - Drive to tour a second private car collection. 2:30 p.m. - Return to the Host Hotel and dinner on your own. Saturday, March 26 7:00-8:00 a.m. - Registration at Host Hotel 8:00 a.m. - Place cars by category on Display Field (parking lot in front of Lake Granbury Conference Center next to the Host Hotel) followed by judging, sharing of stories, etc. 10:00 a.m.-noon - Alternate Event of shopping and wine tasting for those not involved in judging. 12:00 p.m. - Members involved in judging join Alternate Event for lunch (separate tickets). 6:00 p.m. - Reception at Lake Granbury Conference Center (cash bar), following by Dinner Buffet and awards. Sunday, March 27 8:00-11:00 a.m - Mini Car Clinic with an expert in the hotel parking lot followed by goodbyes. Host Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn, 635 E. Pearl Street, Granbury, Texas 76048Special Rates: King or two queens - Town View - $114 for up to 2 people. King or two queens - Lake View - $129 for up to 2 people. The Legal Stuff:By registering for the event, I hereby: 1. agree to enter the car(s) described below in the Texas Region Meet, and other events planned for March 24-27, 2022. In consideration of the right to enter these events and other valuable considerations, I agree to release the Rolls Royce Owners' Club, Inc. and the Texas Region RROC, its officers and representatives, from any and all liability for injuries, damage, or loss arising from attendance or participation in the events. 2. agree I carry current liability insurance and will produce proof of insurance upon demand. 3. understand that I must have an operable fire extinguisher as part of the emergency equipment of any and all motor cars that are entered in these events. 4 . understand there will be no refunds for registration or any other fees after Sunday, March 20, 2022. 5. understand I must be a member in good standing of the Texas Region RROC and National RROC to participate in the 2022 Texas Region Spring Meet. 6. understand that my registration fee includes off-duty Granbury police as security for our cars from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. every night, private car collection tours and lunch on Friday, dinner on Saturday and the Car Clinic on Sunday. 7. understand hotel rooms, alcohol, breakfast and lunch each day and dinner on Thursday and Friday are not included. Odds and Ends:Suggested dress is casual for all events except the Saturday evening Reception and Awards Banquet.
