General handyman needed 10-20 hours per week

I am looking for a jack-of-all-trades to handle maintenance issues and small projects at a 12 unit apartment building in West Quincy. Paying $20/hour for about 10 -20 hours per week. Work will vary but will include minor plumbing, light carpentry, general maintenance, and landscaping. Several larger projects will be undertaken from time to time, such as for unit turnovers between tenants. Must have a pleasant demeanor as you will be interacting with tenants frequently. The ideal person would live in or near Quincy and be available to respond to minor emergencies as necessary. Must be reliable and responsive.
