Any Advice?

Hello, I am looking for some advice for my 10 year old male altered cat. I have had him since he was born and about 2 years into his life he began spraying and marking on walls and doors (pretty much anything on the floor) he has been to the vet many times for this and has had urinary analysis’ done and they can’t seem to find any issues. We recently purchased a home and are having a hard time with him ruining our new carpet and I’m at a loss of what to do. He has two large litter boxes that get cleaned on a daily basis but nothing seems to help. If anyone has any advice or solutions please reach out to me, it would be so greatly appreciated.
