An engaging and energizing full body workout focused on strength based movements that will leave you feeling empowered to conquer 2022. In celebration of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated's 114th Founders' Day, this event will provide an opportunity for ALL women to socially connect through physical activity. The Creators of LAB Twenty 9 will facilitate a 45-min bodyweight workout targeting each muscle group through various exercise stations, and provide an opportunity to get socially active among a community of strong women.
