This one session class is designed to prepare you for the childbirth experience. topics covered include but are not limited to; discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, hospital routines and medical procedures. There will be an hour lunch break.
Enter the hospital through the Main entrance and take the East elevators downstairs to Lower Lever Classroom 1. You do not need to bring anything for class. However, you are welcome to bring something to make sitting more comfortable, like a pillow.
The $75 charge admits 2 guests to class.
