Prenatal + Postpartum Community Circle at Island Heron Yoga A collaboration with Island Heron Yoga located in Jamestown, Rhode Island. As an extension of their Stork Membership as well as an offering to the general community, this will be an opportunity to meet other local parents, share stories and receive feedback if desired. These sessions will be facilitated by local doula, Bianca Paredes and will be participant led. Open to both those who are pregnant as well as those newly postpartum, you may join in person in the studio or from the comfort of your home virtually. This will be a confidential space to explore the themes that are present for those you. For those with a Stork Membership, this offering is included in your membership.
