Hosting her Champion Mindset Seminar on April 23rd, we get to hear World Record Holder Stacy “Bama” Burr explain her ideologies on training, mentality, and what it takes to not only be the best lifter you can be, but the best version of yourself. This seminar will be in support of STL’s first all females meet,“Queen of The Arch”!!! Hosted by Squat 2 Depth Promotions and held out of House of Pain, this meet will kick off at 9am on the April 24th! Early bird registration will be $75 and runs to February 15th. February 16th price will go to $100 for registration until the seminar April 23rd. Any lifters competing in the meet get 25% off the seminar.
