Dear Tag’s Foodies & Friends — We've expanded our Menu, Weekly Specials, More in Our Store features, Bakery Case Showcase and desserts! Dear Tag’s Foodies & Friends — Happy New Year! We’re thrilled to open our doors again next week — and more so — to see you all. We have some exciting announcements about our expanding Menu, Weekly Specials, Dessert Specialties and More at Tag’s Take Out & Italian Specialty Store. Expanding Menus We are now offering a Tag’s Menu, Weekly Specials, More in Our Store features, Bakery Case Showcase, and Treats & Sweets. Our Tag’s Menu will ALWAYS stay the same — our staples include Tag’s Original Sauce, Marinara Sauce, Meatballs, Aldo Salad Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing and Peppers. Our Weekly Specials and More In Our Store Menus feature take-home dinners and dishes that we will rotate weekly. Our Bakery Case Showcase highlights the artisan desserts we’ll carry each week from local vendors such as gourmet cheesecakes from Batter-Up Bakery. And our Treats & Sweets menu adds a few more options of baked goods, which we will rotate each week. Specialty Foods, Subs & Supporting Local Businesses We are stocking up on more delicious specialty foods in our cases this week, including imported prosciutto di Parma, capocolla, mortadella, and other meats, cheeses and olives from Italy. And don’t forget to taste and purchase the Oropallo EVOO 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil we’ve imported from Italy — it’s amazing! Very soon, we will be adding Italian Subs to our Take Out offering, as well as Tag’s Meatball Subs, Chicken Parmesan Subs, Chicken Marsala Subs, and the famous “Garbage” sandwich from the old Tag’s Bar & Grille. We’re proud to support local businesses and offer you fresh, homemade or locally made products in our shop such as Lycoming Bakery Italian Bread (Soft and Hard Crust), New-York Style Gourmet Cheesecakes by Batter Up Bakery, liquor flavored Whoopie Pies by Wagner’s Wasted Whoopies, and more! And we’re thankful for the collaboration and support of other local vendors such as Jac's Produce, Susquehanna Mills, Pro Supply, Inc and Susquehanna Paper & Sanitary Supply Corp. Pricing For the first time since we’ve opened Tag’s Take Out in 2017, we are slightly increasing the pricing of a few of our items, including our sauces, meatballs, Aldo Salad dressing and peppers. (These items are increased by $.25 - .$50; the meatballs are now $2.25 per individual meatball and $13.00 per bag of 6. Sauces, dressing and peppers are increased by $.50) Parking We have plenty of parking; however, please note that we share our lot with other great businesses such as Dr. Robert Fredrickson, DDS and Gifted Body Art tattoo studio. Please park in the spaces in front of and closest to our shop. Orders Walk Ins Welcome; Pre-Ordering Recommended To Reserve Specific Items, Family Pans and/or To Schedule Pick Up Times We welcome all customers! Many people ask, should I pre-order or can I just walk in? We offer all of our menu items, take home dinners and specialties on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, some of our items sell out quickly! To reserve the items you’d like including family pans, request a customized order, and/or schedule a specific day and time for heated/ready-to-eat take home dinners, we recommend pre-ordering. Currently, the best way to pre-order is via email at [email protected] or by messaging us on Facebook.
