Welcome the New Year with this 75-minute practice combining yoga asana (postures), breathwork, and meditation led by certified yoga instructor Dana Johnson.
We'll begin with an intention-setting meditation and an introduction to breathwork and basic yoga postures. Then we'll connect movement and breathe while flowing through a fully guided yoga asana practice. No experience needed.
Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat. Social distancing and masks are required for the wellbeing of all practitioners.
RafiraEva Studio is a creative multi-use space. We specialize in hosting workshops & unique experiences. Located in Southwest Michigan, this venue with idyllic surrounding grounds is also available for private events.
