Found Dog

Description

Found a dog while doing a rover walk. He's friendly, not fixed. He was aggressive with the dog I was walking because I was trying to feed him a burger and they're both apparently food aggressive. Otherwise they were playing fine and he hangs around a home on the street with another chihuahua. Those owners feed him but don't let him inside. He doesn't like being inside anyways (but he's in my apt in east austin right now). He's been really sweet but howling and crying - because he wants to be outside. I've posted on reddit, nextdoor and ph shelter. I can't have him at my apt and I have a flight on Tuesday.
