Help this Car?

So, it showed up on the 3500 block of E. 3rd St. several days ago. It's red. It's a Toyota Corolla. It's all broken up and needs help. Whoever owns it apparently doesn't have funds to tow away to a shop or back home. In fairness, whoever is responsible the vehicle is trying to deal with it: there is a note on the windshield and TPD is aware and they seem to be okay with situation, there seems to be some amateur efforts to fix the car and the situation. Obviously the owner/operator doesn't have much in the way of resources, for whatever reason, who cares? Is there someone in the community who help out with this? I can do engines, but not suspensions. Can someone volunteer, help out, to get the thing on its way? No, it's not my car. I don't know who's car it is. Note that I have a stalker on CL who flags my posts. I hope this gets through.
