PURPOSE: To announce the launch of Lumen Learning's first campus-based user testing center at Rockland Community College and explain the significance and impact of the program locally and nationally. The program is being funded through a generous grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Lumen Learning approached RCC because it has been identified as a minority serving institution. The goal of the program is to increase the effectiveness and cultural relevance of Lumen's solutions for all students across the United States.
