Handy Person / Repair Person Needed

A general handy person needed for several projects at my house and office -- both in West Seattle. I need someone with some basic construction know-how, knowledge fixing small water intrusion issues, basic plumbing, etc. Would like a long term person to work with. I'll need an hourly rate, a couple recommendations, and I'm not opposed to bids based on a project basis but will need that hourly rate for smaller jobs. Appreciate it - and look forward to hearing from you. (And I've seen several replies that have no information related to an hourly rate or recommendations -- and I won't reply w/out an hourly rate at a minimum.) I am not interested in a service or middleman that provides handy people like TaskRabbit, etc. Thanks!
