Maxine goes by the nickname Max and happens to be a calm cat who loves lounging, eating snacks and watching people. She's 17 pounds of love and affection who enjoys being petted when she's in the mood. A cat savvy adopter is needed for Max, as she's front declawed and goes straight to biting when she doesn't like something like being restrained for a veterinary exam. Her new home should be adults only without other cats and no dogs, since she was attacked by a dog in the past. Banksley arrived at the shelter through no fault of his own. He's approximately three years old and loves to explore. He can be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up, he'll be your best friend.
