Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/08/2022 4:45 AM 01/07/22 2022-0061, Burglary to Motor Vehicle: On 01/07/22 at 8:05 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Old Post Road, Oswego Township for a report of a burglary to motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0061, Burglary to Motor Vehicle: 2022-0062, In-State Warrant:  On 01/07/22 at 8:52 a.m., deputies made contact with Rashawn C. Lyles, a 42-year-old male from the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township. Lyles was taken into custody on a Kendall County no-bond warrant for violation of an order of protection. Lyles was transported to the Kendall County jail for processing. 2022-0063, Burglary to Motor Vehicle: On 01/07/22 at 9:07 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township for a report of a burglary to motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0069/0070, Traffic Crash with Injuries/DUI:  On 01/07/22 at 9:35 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on Route 31 near Caterpillar Drive, Oswego Township. The driver of one of the vehicles involved, Terry L Wingrove, a 66-year-old male from the 7000 block of Route 71 in Yorkville, was transported to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora by Oswego Medics for non-life-threatening injuries. Wingrove was charged with DUI and released on a personal recognizance.      The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
