Use your favorite cap! Linerz Bump Cap Hat Inserts offer comfortable, lightweight protection against minor bumps and bruises. Also helps to make a hat that is too big fit more snug. Great for anyone who may bump their head while doing maintenance, remodeling, etc or to allow chemo patients who have lost their hair to wear their favorite hat again. Fits any style cap or hat (will not work in knit hats or beanies). Depending on the thickness you choose, you may have to go up a hat size to accommodate the extra padding and protection.
Linerz are durable and last a long time. The protective liner is removable and cleans easily with a little soap and water, let air dry.
Comes in 4 versions thicker, thinner or with an added shell layer depending on the amount of protection needed. All of our inserts can be trimmed down to custom fit any smaller sized hats or children’s sized hat as well.
Our inserts are NOT designed for use in ANSI hard hat designated areas or for any location or movement where serious injury to the head may occur. Also not to be used in place of a helmet: bike helmets, skate or snowboarding etc.
