Professional cleaner needed for small owned pest control/cleaning company, covering Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, Mt. Pleasant and Goose Creek areas - We focus on all multi-family (apartment complexes). We are looking for a hard worker who is driven and not afraid to work. You will be cleaning vacant apartments before the residents move in - Cleaning 3-4 units per day. Pay is 40% of each job completed. Company will provide all cleaning supplies, materials and all equipment needed, as well as a company gas card. Company will also pay for all general maintenace performed on vehicle. You must have own reliable vehicle. 1st year earnings $30,000 - $34,000 per year with 2 weeks paid time off after 6 months of employment - Some weekend work may be needed with weekend bonuses paid - Resume and refernces needed.......
