Sunday. Need a responsible presentable person to come in, rip up carpet of a small unit. 2bedroom place under 900 sq.ft
We will be installing laminate flooring afterwards so we just some one come in, abd professional and quite. Rip up the carpet, cut it up in small pieces and bag in trash bags. Then take the hammer and pop off all the tack strips.
It's a quick easy gig. But also looking for guys who want to work every day. Install laminate floors? Indoor and exterior painting? Pressure washing?
Jax Beach down by 23rd, 25th area.
It could take you an hour, maybe you take two hours, maybe 3 if you just really take your time and go easy. I'm paying $100 either way.
But i pay my guys to do the other stuff average $25-$35 an hour or more so hope you have a good work ethic.
