FREMONT, CA — An 18-year-old man who fled just before being checked into the hospital has been located, police said Saturday. Saurav Pani, a teenager considered to be at-risk, was on an ambulance gurney and about to be checked into Fremont Hospital Thursday evening when he took off running, according to police.
