City Council Accepts Race Equity Report and Recommendations At its Tuesday, Jan. 4 meeting, the Eden Prairie City Council accepted the City's Race Equity Report. The report, which was drafted by the Human Rights and Diversity Commission (HRDC) in conjunction with a project consultant and City staff, outlines recommendations to make Eden Prairie a more equitable and inclusive community. The goal of creating the report was to identify ways the City can create and strengthen community relationships, encourage shared decision-making and minimize disparities wherever possible. Learn More. City Commission Recruitment The City Council values the input of residents and provides opportunities for participation through six advisory commissions. Eden Prairie residents are invited to learn more and apply for these commissions online at edenprairie.org/Commissions.
