Specifically this residency will equip leaders to do this by: cultivating Christ-like CHARACTERclarifying CALLING and spiritual giftsgrowing in CONFIDENCE and COMPETENCY of strategy and skillsand providing a COMMUNITY of practice for encouragement, loving accountability, and partnership..
