Please attend this meeting! Owners of the land at Durango and Grand Montecito want to cram another apartment complex into a smaller lot than it should be. CENTENNIAL HILLS MOB OWNERS, LLC located at 5220 Hood Road Ste 110, Palm Beach Gardens Florida 33418 also need to change the zoning to allow it to be built directly next to a school and across a busy street (Durango). Don't let them do this to us in the Northwest. This will be the 5th apartment complex in 89149. We don't need more apartments! It's pretty pathetic how the water district and local government want to tell us what a terrible drought we are in, but are allowing unabated develpment bringing thousands more people into our valley. This apartment complex will be bring more crime, use up emergency services and lower our property values.
