Please attend this meeting! Owners of the land at Durango and Grand Montecito want to cram another apartment complex into a smaller lot than it should be. CENTENNIAL HILLS MOB OWNERS, LLC also need to change the zoning to allow it to be built directly next to a school and across a busy street (Durango). This will be the 5th apartment complex in 89149. We don't need more apartments! It's pretty pathetic how the water district and local government want to tell us what a terrible drought we are in, but are allowing unabated develpment bringing thousands more people into our valley. This apartment complex will be bring more crime, use up emergency services and lower our property values.
