If you are looking for a practice space for a full band, or just a place to jam and be loud, I may have what you are looking for. Flexible hours, full drum kit, pa, bass and guitar cabs (heads, guitars, basses too if needed) mics, couches, and an overall good vibe. The space is plus 400sq feet. My band and a few others have been using this space for a few years now and would like to extend the opportunity to rent the space to other bands who need it. Prices start at 25 an hour, 2 hour minimum, which includes use of the drum kit, pa, mics, two 4x12 guitar cabs and 1 4x10 bass stack. Instruments and guitar heads can be included for $15 dollars more each, per session (not hour). Access to the facility is 24hours so late night and weekend sessions are welcome.
