Busy small business owner needs help and looking for a technical assistant.
This role is like an executive/Personal assistant. Since I am the primary technical person in my business, most tasks in which help is needed, are technical and physical
Work would involve a broad scope of technical tasks including but not limited to:
light maintenance
email monitoring
data entry
online business updates
online research
Social Media Update
Other duties require some basic computer hardware knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite along with other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Additionally there will be help needed with inventory
Skills and Qualifications
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Ability to keep company confidences
We do drug and background testing
