Need rhythm and lead player

We are an original band that plays some covers, but mostly wants to focus on the original music that we've written. The style of music is somewhere between rock, country, and folk music. We also do some covers such as Tom Petty, The Eagles, Johnny Cash, Pink Floyd, etc. We aren't currently gigging because we just added a new drummer as well and we're in the practice stage of getting everyone in sync with the band. The bass player and I (lead vocals and rhythm guitar) have been playing together for years. I'm looking for someone with lead experience who's able to improvise lead on songs they've never heard and such, as well as playing near perfect leads to known songs. If you're only a rhythm player, that's OK too. We don't have an official name for the band yet, with the new members, but that can come later. You must be dedicated to coming to a practice session at least every 2 weeks (if not more often) near Thornville, Ohio (about 30 minutes east of Columbus). Those of you from the Licking County/Newark area should definitely respond! Age isn't a factor but just so you're aware, we're in our 40s. Male or female. Email or text.
