I'm going to be taking a lease on a beautiful 2-bed close to downtown and am wondering if there is a fellow artist out there who would be interested in renting a full bedroom for 8am -11pm access for working on art. I would often be working in the home (I'm an animator and illustrator) and just looking to create a good active art-making experience in the house. I would be asking about $300/month for your full access to space during those hours.
