I was there a couple months ago, somewhere off of Cass Avenue, and no, I wasn't so drunk as to not know where I was. I just took it for granted that I could find it again doing a Google search but I can't. What a great place, let me describe it, crowded on a Friday afternoon, good food, comfortable booths all along the walls, long plain dark wood bar, warm, neighborhood dive bar atmosphere, friendly. The two most distinctive features were the short, double swinging, louvered doors, like an old time saloon, at the entry. And rather than parallel parking out in front as is typical, it had diagonal parking. The neighborhood seemed quiet, the street not very busy and I remember it being close to downtown though I might be slightly off on that. Help me identify this place if you can, if not let me know who might be able to help me. Thanks very much, Randal in Ann Arbor who will buy you a drink there.
