Description

Responsibilities: Complete gut-out and selective demolition of floors, walls and ceilings. Removal of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other utilities and equipment. Selective industrial demolition. Dismantling and transferring of commercial and industrial equipment. Concrete wall and flat sawing. Exterior wall openings and saw cutting. Dust control containments. Experience working within occupied buildings and confined space. • Technicians will be required to do demolition and tearing down sheet rock, pulling carpet, hauling trash and debris, etc. • Regular schedule is 7am to 5pm, but must be flexible. Qualifications: No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn, work hard, and be available. Plenty of opportunities for growth. • Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout restoration projects. • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner. • Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision. • Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required. • Follow established safety rules and regulations. • Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. • REQUIRED: Valid driver's license or ID required AND Social Security Card. • IICRC Certification (Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is a plus
