Farm Labor & Minor Handyman Work - VAX NOT Required

We have an immediate need of a Handyman with a truck. The job involves various tasks for a farm & vacation rental business. The first job we need done right away is... Fix our soggy chicken coophouse which entails: 1) Pick up a bunch of cement blocks at Home Depot (we'll pay for them) 2) Move the soggy wood chips in the chicken coop walk way to under their perch. 3) Place the cement blocks in the walk way to make a solid floor 4) Cover the blocks with the wood chips that were moved. We have other tasks planned for this spring and onward...there are no end to the tasks we have, just our money :) For example, 1) We need a trench dug, pipes in the trench and water run off re-routed. 2) A deck needs repair 3) Painting 4) Moving compost and wood chips etc... This can be a long term gig for the right person. 1) Honesty 2) Show up on time 3) Reliability 4) Quality work - should be able to cut a strait edge on a piece of lumber NO STONNERS - What you do at night is your business...agreed...but getting stoned on a regular basis affects you during the day too and we don't want foggy headed confused can't follow/remember instructions late for work kind of people working for us. This is a family business and family values apply here. We are good people and treat our staff well. The best organic food you are ever going to eat is often served here to our staff.
