Seeking Weekend Staff to Lead Nerf Battles for Kids

Hello! This is a fun and great side hustle for your weekends where you get paid to play with Nerf Blasters!!! Battle Party LA LLC is seeking young energetic and upbeat people to join our staff! We are a mobile Battle company specializing in kids' birthdays and corporate events. 99% of your work will be on weekends, with the rare opportunity to work during the week, if you choose. Pay is per gig basis depending on the length of the event. Most of our events are 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Responsibilities: (our Battle Captains do the following at events) - Pick up equipment at HQ - drive to the event location 1 hour before the event start time. - set up the event (bunkers, ammo buckets, clean and sanitize goggles, etc) - run the event (explain the rules, get the players into teams, keep score, etc.) - Tear down the event - Collect payment directly from the client - Drive to next event or drop equipment back off at HQ Ideal applicant should have the following: - Car, preferably an SUV type to transport equipment, (but sedans can work too, loading is just more innovative) - age 18+ - Patience and upbeat attitude (you're working with kids) - love working with kids - love working outdoors in public parks/private residences - great communication and customer service skills, you will be dealing directly with the client - improvisation skills, making up games and adjusting to fit kids with disabilities or as the situation needs - be able to lift at least 50 lbs. - Availability on the weekends. - Ability to speak English well. (unfortunately, as you will be working directly with the client and kids, you must be able to communicate with them in English, or the event cannot take place.) This position is Paid, and tipped as well.
